How long have you been installing this type of PEX piping? Since 2004

· Is this type PEX different than as sold in Lowes/Home Depot?
Yes. We use the Upanor Aquapex as it is the only brand approved for the city in which we primarily due business and we
feel more comfortable installing the PEX that does not use crimp rings.
What make and type of crimp rings & fittings do you use?
· Our product does not use them. This brand uses a manufactured fit for their tubing. The piping is expanded
and the fitting is inserted.

Have experienced any failures/ leaks due to:
· rodents chewing on the PEX. No
· Fittings or crimp rings expanding due to freezing? N/A

Is your PEX stored indoors with little or no exposure to sun & elements? Yes
Would manifolds be installed or would valves be installed under fixtures? Valves
Will wall openings be required? Yes, small ones under each fixture and occasionally above.
How is tubing secured to prevent movement? Special anchors called "tube talons".
Will all installation meet Deer Park & Houston code requirements? Yes
Do you pull permits and what are your charges for pulling permit? Yes, included with job.
Is all phases completed with a licensed plumber present, if not please describe the process. Yes
Will you provide copy of insurance? Provided to the state and can be verified at the following website. http://www.tsbpe.state.tx.us/
Are you bonded and will a copy be provided? We do not carry a bond.
Are references provided? Yes, upon request.
